Within a client site, all information is organized or
grouped together by engagement - the service or work provided by BKD, for
example a Tax Preparation or Financial Audit.

Details Page
By default, when you first access the client site, the
engagement you selected from the application home page will be highlighted in
the navigation list on the left, and details for the selected engagement will be displayed on the right.
If multiple engagements exist for your site, you can view
different engagements by selecting the name of that engagement from the
navigation list.
Within each engagement you will find related engagement
pages, including:
Tasks – pages which are for organizing or managing
specific sets of information or documents – an example of a task may be
Accounts Payable where you can upload documents specific to your Accounts
Payable, making documents easier to find. Task pages only exist in your site if
they were added by your BKD Advisor.
Deliverables – this is for your BKD Advisor to share
documents deliverable to you as the client. The Deliverables page only exist in
your site if your BKD Advisor has added deliverables documents to your site.
Unfiled Documents – a page for sharing documents not
related to a specific task or that does not classify as a deliverable from BKD.
